I have used Francis as a concierge for my Penthouse Suit in The Reef, Victoria BC, for a number of years now.

He has always provided excellent service, not just for myself, but for any guests who have needed any of the fine services he offers from the meet and greet, to cleaning, shopping, or meal service.
I am looking forward to having an ongoing relationship with Francis and would highly recommend him to anyone. He goes above and beyond.
